How to Add Companies to Linked Structures Directly from the Company Structure Menu
If you’re working with extended dimensions like Costs by Function or Sales by Product, you may be using the Linked Structures menu to manage which companies have write access to specific dimension codes.
To make this process easier, there’s a quick-access feature you might not have spotted.
When you’re in the Company Structure / Define menu, you’ll notice a button at the bottom of the screen. This handy shortcut takes you straight to the Linked Structures menu. 
💡 Tip: Using this button can help you remember to update your Linked Structures every time you add a new company. Keeping your setup accurate and reducing the risk of access issues later.
