By default, maximum number of failed login user attempts is set to 3 in the planning analytics on clouds. Administrator can change this by accessing PAW (prod) > Administration > Databases
Select one of your databases, i.e., Tm1, and select configuration. Under Configuration you will see access click on access and select authentication on the drop down.
Under Authentication you will see MaximumLoginattempts parameter with number on the right, increase it to the number you desire and click on ‘Apply’.
In the configuration tab you can change any dynamic database configuration which will automatically update tm1.cfg for that server.
