About Shafique

Shaf joined Aramar in 2021, bringing with him a strong background in IT support across both SaaS and on-premise environments. With experience spanning AWS, data centres and Citrix, he understands the technical landscape behind the systems our customers rely on every day. More importantly, he understands how it feels when those systems are not working as expected. Shaf is passionate about delivering a positive customer experience across support, projects and training, always taking the time to listen, explain and share knowledge with end users along the way.

As Support Manager, Shaf works methodically and logically, focusing on the details that truly matter. He does not just resolve issues. He looks for root causes, applying corrective and preventative measures to strengthen environments long term. His goal is simple: reliable systems, confident users and fewer repeat problems.
