Claire is Aramar’s Finance Manager and Head of People & Culture. She oversees our financial administration, supplier relationships, training coordination and internal HR functions, ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. Claire also plays a key role in looking after the wellbeing of the team, helping to create a supportive, organised and positive working environment.
Highly organised and personable, Claire builds strong relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers alike. Her attention to detail ensures contracts are properly managed, compliance is maintained and projects continue to move forward without unnecessary friction. Claire’s steady oversight helps keep both our people and our operations aligned.
