About Vicky
Vicky is our Operations Director and one of the key pillars of Aramar.
She works across the entire business, partnering with every member of the team to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our customers and continue to build a supportive, positive place to work. Vicky leads our Product and Support specialists and is often the central point of contact for customers when it comes to planning, coordinating, and keeping projects, training, and support running smoothly.
Vicky joined Aramar in 2017 and, over the years, has built strong relationships with our customers, technical teams, and IBM. Her deep understanding of how everything fits together means she’s always thinking one step ahead, refining processes, removing friction, and finding better ways of working for everyone involved.
She brings a calm, practical approach to problem-solving, balanced with genuine warmth and openness. Vicky takes the time to get to know our customers and their challenges, and she takes real pride in seeing projects succeed as they move forward.
