Why attend the Aramar Customer Forum?

Our 2025 event was a huge success.

Despite challenging British weather and travel disruption, the room was full, the conversations were open and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Thank you everyone who attended.

One of the highlights was hearing from Neil Ward-Dutton at IDC, who shared powerful insight into the real business impact of AI and what it means for organisations planning ahead.

In 2026, we are excited to once again bring together our customers, industry experts and the Aramar team to explore:

Parking available at the National Theatre car park (5-minute walk).

Please remember to bring a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence).

IBM security will issue you a badge before escorting you to Floor 5, where the Aramar team will be ready to greet you.

FAQ’s

Do I need to bring ID?

Yes, you will need a government issued photo form of ID to check in with IBM Security on the day. This includes a passport or a driving licence.

How do I connect to the Wi-Fi?

Guest WiFi will be arranged by IBM.  When you sign in at the IBM front desk, you’ll be emailed the guest Wi-Fi password. Please take a moment to connect while you’re waiting in the foyer to be escorted upstairs, as mobile signal is generally better there. You’ll also need Wi-Fi later in the day for a fun interactive game!

Can I take private calls during the day?

Of course. We’ve booked an additional room just for this. Please let a member of the team know and they will assist.

Will there be food?

Absolutely. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provided. Please let us know your dietary requirements by 1st September here so we can be sure to cater for you.

Marketing permissions

By attending, we’ll assume you’re happy to be included in event photography and video that may be used in Aramar marketing. If you’d prefer not to be featured, just let a member of the team know before or during the event.
