The Challenge
Canopius had been using IBM Planning Analytics and IBM Controller for some time, but access to the systems relied on a lengthy and inefficient login process. For teams using the tools regularly, this created unnecessary friction and frustration. As the business looked to modernise its technology landscape, moving Planning Analytics and Controller to the IBM Cloud presented an opportunity to improve accessibility, performance and user experience, while simplifying how teams worked day to day.
The Solution
Canopius partnered with Aramar to migrate IBM Planning Analytics and IBM Controller to IBM Cloud. The objective was clear: deliver a smooth transition that removed access barriers, improved usability and ensured the systems were ready for long-term scalability.

The Results
The move to IBM Cloud was met with extremely positive internal feedback. Teams were immediately able to access Planning Analytics and Controller directly from their laptops, without the delays and complexity of the previous login process.
