Here at Aramar all employees are members of Vitality, this is a wellness-based healthcare insurance program. It promotes healthy living and preventive care through wellness incentives and lifestyle management.

Mental Wellbeing

Here at Aramar we have a remote first working policy, you can work from anywhere in the UK. This along with our Flexible Working Policy ensures that our staff have greater control over how, when and where they work.
We have a dedicated budget for learning and development to ensure that our people have the tools to do their jobs.
Aramar is proud of the close relationship we have with Suffolk Mind, all new employees are enrolled on The Essentials course to give them a better understanding of The Mental Health Continuum and how to recognise then stretch turns into stress.

Social Wellbeing
We are mindful that being a remote first business can affect colleague relationships, while nothing will truly replace the spontaneous conversations that happen in an office, we have made a concerted effort to foster connections across the team.
We meet every Monday on Team’s to a catch up on what people got up to over the weekend, see how the previous week went and to see what plans they have to the coming week.
We have an in-person quarterly Team Meeting at the IBM Innovation Centre in London, updates across all sectors of the business are presented, then it is off to grab a drink and catch up with everyone.
Every year we have a summer social activity which involves a team bonding activity, in the past we have completed escape rooms, hosted beach BBQ’s, we’ve event cracked the Crystal Maze!
Through the company’s volunteering policy our employees can give their time in support of local charities because at Aramar we believe success is also about the impact we make on the communities around us.
Financial Wellbeing
