Agenda
Upon arrival, you will need to show security a form of government issued photo ID such as a passport or a driving licence. Once you have checked in with security, you will be issued a badge and escorted to Floor 5 by an IBM colleague. You will then be met by the Aramar team and IBM to collect your name badge.
Arrival from 9:30 to include Breakfast, Tea and Coffee, ready for a 10AM start.

Speakers to include:
Keynote speaker: Neil Ward-Dutton of the IDC, discussing AI trends and opportunities for businesses. International Data Corporation (IDC) is the premier global market intelligence, data, and events provider for the information technology, telecommunications, and consumer technology markets.
Mate Kiss will be returning for a 3rd year to showcase the IBM Planning Analytics Roadmap, as will Paul Allen to present the IBM Controller roadmap.
Sasha Maybury of Aramar will be presenting twice this year, once to show us IBM Sustainability software Envizi and Planning Analytics, as well as the new IBM watsonx BI offering. We’ll also have Louis Regan of IBM, ending the day with a thought provoking talk on the future of finance, generative AI and AI Agents.
Angeline Singh will be returning with her ‘House of Games’ as will have some prizes up for grabs!

The nearest train station to IBM London is Waterloo. Take exit 6 from Waterloo station, sign-posted for South Bank. Turn left at the bottom of the stone stairs then follow Station Approach to York Road. Use the crossing to cross to York Road. Turn left heading southwest along York Road. The IBM London entrance is about 150m on the right.
Tube stations in walking distance include Waterloo, Waterloo East, and Blackfriars.
The nearest available parking is the National Theatre car park, which is about a 5 minute walk from IBM London. You can find out more about parking rates here.

If you have not completed the Attendee Form, please can you do so here. We ask for this information for security and catering purposes. If you do not fill out this form, we cannot guarantee that your dietary requirements will be catered for.

Do I need to bring ID?
Yes, you will need a government issued photo form of ID to check in with IBM Security on the day. This includes a passport or a driving licence.
How will I access WiFi on the day?
There is poor 4/5G signal at IBM, therefore we/IBM will arrange for customers to have guest WiFi access on the day. You will be contacted about this by email nearer the time.
Will there be food, and can you cater for specific dietary requirements?
Food will be provided on the day, and will include breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please can you detail them here.
