Being Customer Success Manager at Aramar means I get to talk to and help many people. It’s a role that goes across teams and business functions, so no conversation is the same. I’m encouraged to adapt our customer success function based on my learnings and experience and listened to and valued. Aramar has a great team of people who care about doing a great job, which is encouraging to be around.

Making a positive difference to peoples working lives, or just their day, is also rewarding.
