Customer Success is a company-wide initiative that every team member is involved in. I'm really motivated to build out a great Customer Success team at Aramar that supports our customers and enables them to get value out of their IBM software and us as their IBM Business Partner. As well as spending my time talking to our lovely customers about their objectives, there are many learning opportunities from our customer's industries and their challenges, to emerging IBM technologies. Aramar are a great team of people who care about doing a great job, which I find enjoyable to work with and who make me want to do the best I can!
