Being Customer Success Manager at Aramar means I get to talk to and help many people. It’s a role that goes across teams and business functions, so no conversation is the same. I’m encouraged to adapt our customer success function based on my learnings and experience and listened to and valued. Aramar has a great team of people who care about doing a great job, which is encouraging to be around. Every week presents something new to learn, which is important to me. Whether that’s about the way different businesses work, what our customers are up to, what industry trends they face, or customer success in practice, there is no shortage of learning opportunities! Making a positive difference to peoples working lives, or just their day, is also rewarding.

My hope for Aramar is to create a great customer success function that delivers long term value for our customers!
