In 2013 Jon Timmins joined Aramar as our Support Team Manager. Over the last 7 years he has been a wonderful asset to the business. He has looked after all our support desk queries from everyday troubleshooting to more in-depth analysis. He has been on hand to assemble an array of office furniture, help with internal IT issues and regale us with his unrivalled knowledge of music. So, it is with a tinge of sadness that we announce that Summer 2020 saw Jon turn off his computer for the last time and start what we hope will be a long and happy retirement full of travel and golf. We wish him and Julie all the best for this new chapter.
Jon’s retirement also sees the start of a new chapter for Aramar. We are delighted to announce that Richard Collins has joined the team as our Technical Lead. Richard joins us from IBM and is an experienced Senior Support Analyst with a wealth of experience working in the information technology and services industry. He has an in-depth knowledge of all IBM Cognos products, including over 18 years’ experience working with Cognos Controller. We are extremely pleased to welcome Richard to Aramar and know that he will be a great addition to the team.
