Earlier this year we asked everyone in our business to complete a short online survey designed to find out how we all feel about the culture and values at Aramar. Overall 140 businesses in the Eastern Region participated in the initiative and over 15,000 employees completed surveys.
We scored extremely well in the survey results and came within the top 25% of businesses of a similar size which meant that we were eligible to complete a further submission to achieve either Gold or Platinum accreditation.
On Wednesday 03 October we attended the Best Employers Survey Eastern Region 2018 awards ceremony and we are really delighted to achieve Platinum accreditation and not only that but we also won the award for Best Overall Small Company.
