Agenda

Upon arrival, you will need to show security a form of government issued photo ID such as a passport or a driving licence. Once you have checked in with security, you will be issued a badge and escorted to Floor 5 by an IBM colleague. You will then be met by the Aramar team and IBM. 

Arrival from 9:30 to include Breakfast, Tea and Coffee, ready for a 10AM start. 

10AM: Event Open

4PM: Event close and networking

The nearest train station to IBM London is Waterloo. Take exit 6 from Waterloo station, sign-posted for South Bank. Turn left at the bottom of the stone stairs then follow Station Approach to York Road. Use the crossing to cross to York Road. Turn left heading southwest along York Road. The IBM London entrance is about 150m on the right.

Tube stations in walking distance include Waterloo, Waterloo East, and Blackfriars.

The nearest available parking is the National Theatre car park, which is about a 5 minute walk from IBM London. You can find out more about parking rates here.

If you have not completed the Attendee Form, please can you do so here. We ask for this information for security, catering and event purposes. If you do not fill out this form, we cannot guarantee that your dietary requirements will be catered for.

Do I need to bring ID?

Yes, you will need a government issued photo form of ID to check in with IBM Security on the day. This includes a passport or a driving licence.

How will I access WiFi on the day?

There is poor 4/5G signal at IBM, therefore we/IBM will arrange for customers to have guest WiFi access on the day. You will be contacted about this by email nearer the time.

Will there be food, and can you cater for specific dietary requirements?

Food will be provided on the day, and will include breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please can you detail them here.
