Support Manager

As Aramar’s Support Manager, Jon looks after the support desk and handles all support queries from everyday troubleshooting to more in depth defect analysis. Jon works with IBM on fault resolution and with our customers on Cognos Installations. With 15 years’ experience working as a Cognos Administrator in the Manufacturing industry, Jon has the tools to handle any challenge sent his way.

How Jon works

Jon enjoys the challenge of helping customers to everyday issues, technical development and frustrating blips that lead to frustration within the workplace. As Support Manager, Jon will liaise with Aramar’s team of experienced consultants to find the right solution while keeping the customer informed. Jon likes getting to know the customers, how they work, the expectations they have of the support desk and, of course, resolving problems in a timely manner.
